Trad wives have risen to be one of the new faces of the far right, fueled by cupcake baking, glorification of traditional gender roles, and their often ardent support for ultra-conservative Trumpist politics. At the same time, we're seeing a significant rise in anti-trans bills, especially in the US and the UK.

This session will discuss through how gender roles and used by the far-right and why capitalism continually reinforces gender roles and transphobia.
