Megan is a Menang Woman of the Noongar Nation, renowned Indigenous rights activist, and director of the National Suicide Prevention and Trauma Recovery Project.

She is currently leading a class action suit again Banksia Hill Detention Centre. Imprisoning children is a blight on our society. Activists are calling for its shutdown and resources allocated to the health, education, and social service needs of these victims of WA's carceral system.
